Delete your Cricket Masterplan account

This page explains how to delete your Cricket Masterplan account and its data, for the Android app on Google Play and the web game. Cricket Masterplan is developed by Jason Wirth (7twelve Gaming).

Option 1: delete it in the game (fastest)

  1. Open Cricket Masterplan and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings (the ⚙ button, or the Settings tile on your club home screen).
  3. Under Delete account, choose Delete account….
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. Consider exporting any careers you want to keep first; deleted saves cannot be recovered.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email jason@cricket-manager.co from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask a proportionate question to confirm the account is yours; we will not ask for an identity document by default. We complete deletion without undue delay and no later than 30 days after verifying the request.

You can also ask us to delete specific data, such as feedback you sent, without deleting your account. Individual saved careers can be deleted in the game at any time.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email address, sign-in details, minimum-age confirmation, terms acceptance and privacy preferences.
  • All cloud saves for your account.
  • Feedback messages, attached screenshots and automatic crash reports linked to your account.
  • Gameplay analytics linked to your account.
  • Save copies stored on the device you delete from.

What may be kept, and for how long

  • Provider backups: deleted database records may remain in inaccessible rolling backups at our database provider, Supabase, until those backups expire. They are not restored into the live service.
  • Service logs: short-lived technical and security logs (which can include IP address and device information) expire on the providers' normal rotation.
  • Other devices: save copies on another device stay there until you delete the app's data or uninstall the app on that device.
  • Correspondence: if you contact us by email, that correspondence is kept for 12 months after your request is closed, unless a legal hold applies.

Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
